Recently, our certification center has identified numerous instances of applicants submitting false materials, with a significant focus on the alteration of passport information. This troubling trend raises concerns about the integrity of the certification process.

In accordance with the Overseas Academic Degree Certification Service Agreement, it is compulsory for applicants to submit their certification applications personally. They are required to furnish true, legal, valid, sufficient, and accurate information. Any submission of false information will lead to a Notice of Non-Certification issued by our center, as stipulated in the Measures for Accreditation of Academic Degrees Outside the Country, with potential public disclosure lasting between one to three years based on the severity of the offense.

For all certification applicants, it is essential to thoroughly review the accuracy and completeness of all materials before they submit their electronic application. Documents must align clearly and accurately with the originals. Any discrepancies between the electronic version and the original documents will classify as providing false materials.

Legislation such as the Passport Law of the People's Republic of China, Public Security Administration Penalty Law, and Criminal Law prohibits the alteration of identity documents, including passports, and such actions may lead to legal consequences. In serious cases, these alterations can constitute a criminal offense.

We strongly urge all applicants to be vigilant and ensure the authenticity of their submitted materials to avoid falling victim to these severe outcomes. Proper diligence during the application process is crucial.
