The International Student Office has announced changes to its office hours for summer 2025, coinciding with the faculty staff's summer vacation, which is scheduled from July 7 to August 26, 2025. During this period, faculty and staff will follow a staggered rest schedule to ensure continuous support for international students.
According to the adjusted schedule, the International Student Office will operate under the following external office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For students requiring visa services, the visa agency will be available with specific hours. From July 7 to July 25, the agency will operate Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Afterwards, from July 28 to August 26, services will be offered every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during the same time frame.
For questions related to consultation, visa or residency applications, or summer vacation duties, students can reach the office via WeChat at zhanghui091010.
Insurance-related inquiries will also have designated duty hours, available every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Students who need to pay tuition fees or extend their visas are advised to plan ahead and utilize the International Student Online Service Platform for payment processes or the procedure for purchasing online insurance.
