Entrants must be currently enrolled students or recent graduates within the last two years. Designs may be submitted as 'design drafts' or as 'design drafts accompanied by physical displays,' providing participants with options that suit their capabilities.

The submission process includes specific requirements for design drawings, which should be presented as a series with no fewer than four sets that cater to both men's and women's styles. Participants are required to provide artwork in a PDF format at a specific resolution, along with high-definition images of their designs.

The competition's timeline outlines a structured process, with submission phases running until October 18, 2025. Initial evaluations will take place shortly after on October 21, where a panel of industry experts will review the designs to select finalists. The finals and award ceremony are scheduled for October 30, 2025.

As part of the awards structure, various accolades will be issued, including the National Style Creative Design Award and several others celebrating craftsmanship and innovation.
